Members receive discounts on more than 400 books, video tapes, and other resources on all aspects of office administration.

Members of the 600-plus IAAP chapters and international affiliates build professional networks by attending chapter meetings and serving in chapter leadership positions. Members can also serve as division, district, and international officers.

The Ohio Division is one of five divisions in the Great Lakes District, and contains 30 individual chapters within the state. Our purpose is to provide education and training, leadership development, and networking opportunities for our members.
